The show ends. The reception is where it lands.
Editors, buyers, and clients spend the night in the room you built, and the food is what they hold, photograph, and remember. We cater the presentations, launches, and after-parties of Fashion Week to the same standard as the collection: precise, beautiful on camera, and served on real glass and porcelain, never plastic. One Brooklyn kitchen, one team, everything on our own trucks.
The canapes walk the runway.
Every bite we pass gets styled, lit, and sent out like it is the closing look. Because at your event, it is.
Your guests photograph the food before they taste it. So we plate for the camera and the palate, every time.
Every room the week throws at you, handled by one team.
A week of wildly different rooms, run back to back, with no room for a miss. You get one team, one kitchen, and one person who answers the phone, from the first presentation to the last pour of the after-party.
Presentations & showrooms
Passed bites composed to look like miniatures of the collection, circulated so every guest is offered, and nothing sits long enough to tire. Service so quiet it never crosses a sightline or a lens.
Launch & after-parties
A full bar on real glassware, signature cocktails built around the brand and its colors, and late bites that stay sharp past midnight. The party that runs long is the one we are built for.
Seated & editorial dinners
Plated dinners for the rooms that matter most: press tables, buyer previews, the intimate brand dinner. Every plate composed to be photographed and then, quietly, to be the best thing they ate all week.
Backstage & green room
The half nobody photographs and everyone remembers if it slips. Talent and crew fed on the run of show, green rooms stocked and restocked without a word, everything timed to call, not to the clock.
The advantage is simple: we own everything.
Most caterers rent their glassware, their silver, their tables. That means their timeline runs on a rental house's inventory, their quality runs on whatever showed up on the truck, and every last-minute change during the week becomes their problem, and then yours.
We own all of it outright. The glassware, the silver, the platters, the tables, the ovens, and the trucks that carry them. So when a show runs late, a guest count jumps overnight, or a venue changes on a day's notice, and during this week it will, we simply adjust. No third party to wait on, no compromise on what lands in front of your guests.
And because most of what we do is corporate and brand work, discretion is second nature. Our team reads the room, stays out of the frame, and lets the show be the only show.
- We own our glass, silver, tables and ovens, so no rental house sets our timeline or our quality
- Same-week changes and guest-count jumps absorbed without drama
- Food styled to photograph, because it will be, all night
- Real glass and porcelain at any volume, never plastic
- One team and one contact from load-in to last call
- Fifteen years and roughly a thousand events a year in Manhattan
The catering is the one thing you will not have to manage.
One point of contact
Not a call center and not a rotating account rep. One person who knows your show, your space, and your run of show, from first email to last pour.
Rentals and permits in-house
Glassware, bars, tables, and the liquor permits all come from us. Nothing is subcontracted out to a rental house whose schedule you would then have to chase.
Load-in on your clock
Presentations run late, doors move, timelines slip. We build our setup around your call time, not the other way around, and we are quiet doing it.
Changes absorbed, not escalated
A guest count that doubles overnight or a venue that changes on a day's notice is a Tuesday for us. You tell us, we adjust, and it never becomes your problem.
The team Manhattan brands and boardrooms already trust for the events that cannot go wrong.
The best rooms of the week go early.
Our calendar for the week fills well ahead of the shows, and we take on a limited number of events so each one gets the full team. If you are producing a presentation, a launch, or the party after, tell us what you are dreaming up, even loosely, and let's see what we can make of it.
